Having previously worked for many years on behalf of defendants, Nick brings a deep understanding of both sides of personal injury law to his practice. Knowing how the “other side” works allows Nick to ensure his injured clients are not taken advantage of by insurance companies and their representatives. Each injury is a life disrupted, and Nick works closely with clients to get the best possible outcome towards their recovery and long-term future.

In addition to his practice, Nick is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and the Law Society of British Columbia. He recently jointly presented a seminar entitled “Pursuing the Police: An overview of proceeding against the Police in Motor Vehicle Collision Cases.”
